Community-Connect

Community - Connect is a message board system and chat room for people to reach out and connect with others with similar experiences for advice, support, and comradarie. Whether you have experienced abuse in your childhood or know someone who has, you can find lots of support and insight through others with similar experiences. This is not like other support communities! Hundreds of articles on healing and recovery from many different sources are freely available. Many of these articles give more information about topics and pages from this website that I would never be able to fit onto one website. Post your artisitc expressions, personal stories, frustrations and triumphs, and tell a few jokes. There is even a board for multiples called Otherworlds Within to talk about multiple-specific issues and stories. For the inside kids of multiple systems, there is Our Kid's Treehouse, a place just for them that is password-protected where they can talk, ask questions, and even share favorite stories. For SO's of survivors of traumatic childhoods, there's even a welcome mat for you here.
